This training is for anyone interested in learning an effective method for relieving stress that also promotes health in the body and mind.

 

You will learn about the history of Reiki and learn applications for performing a Reiki session on yourself and others.

 

You will also receive attunements to prepare you for using Reiki for personal care or to offer family, friends, and animals. Reiki is beneficial whether you are a yoga teacher, health care professional, massage therapist, or anyone who is interested in learning more about energy work.

 

Upon completion of this course, you will receive a certificate, manual and three 30 minute mentoring sessions with Angel Brownlee.
