This monthly AcroYoga workshop challenges experienced practitioners and lets them explore graceful moves and transitions to evolve their practice to the next level!  Clear, detailed breakdown and instruction of each segment for base and flyer skills, supported by individual coaching, gives students tools for personal growth within this extended workshop time span.

Drawing on her lifelong career as a professional modern dancer, Lesley choreographs an extensive new AcroFlow each month featuring beautiful but challenging poses, transitions and washing machines. You will grow your technique, strength, grace, skill and creativity.  You will refine your mastery of movements and calibrations, and will develop smoother flow in your partnerships.

This masterclass happens once a month. Drop-ins are welcome!

Prerequisites: Students must be comfortable (basing or flying): Star, Sidestar, Reverse Star, Low Foot-to-Hand, and Shoulderstand, for intermediate level entrance.
