New to yoga or want a tune up on the basics? This workshop is a great place to start. This two-hour workshop breaks down the more commonly practiced poses and sequences found in most yoga classes. We will walk through basic alignment step-by-step and then explore how your body feels supported in each of the poses. We will move our bodies with curiosity and respect in a supportive and inclusive environment and explore the importance of breathing and how it supports your practice. All ages, shapes and sizes are welcome. Leave this workshop with tools to feel comfortable and confident when practicing.
