At this workshop, you will be introduced to and experience complete relaxation through the practice of Yoga Nidra (also known as ‘Yogic Sleep’).
You’ll learn what Yoga Nidra is, how and why it works, and its benefits.
Then, you'll get to experience the practice as you are guided to the state between wakefulness and sleep.
This practice invites your body to fully rest as we tap into deeper layers of consciousness.
No yoga or meditation experience necessary. This workshop is open to anyone who needs a unique and powerful self-healing experience.
