We will pretend to journey to the North Pole to be Santa’s special helper elves!

Yoga postures and breathwork are interwoven through story telling- promoting benevolent qualities. This story is best for ages 4-8.

Class is taught by Lacey Gothreaux, a certified yoga instructor, mom of three, and a believer in yoga, stories, and fun!

Yoga improves mind-body awareness, emotional intelligence, balance, strength, flexibility, and fosters a sense of connection to oneself, one another, and the world around us.

Investment is $10/child. Please bring a yoga mat or rent one of ours.

There is a space for the caregiver to relax while the child is in class.
