NOTE: This is an intermediate class requiring some hooping experience such as waist hooping and basic hand spins.

Each class will begin with a warm up, followed by intermediate drills where we learn 3-5 hooping tricks, both on and off our bodies, and then we finish by combining it all together to create a fun, hooping sequence.
