This 90 min workshop combines Restorative Yoga which is
comprised of long-held supported poses and calming breath work
along with the therapeutic benefits of Hot Stone Therapy.
This experience is designed to activate the body’s innate relaxation response which invites healing and restores balance.
Hot volcanic mineral stones will be gently placed on your body in each yoga pose, along with the healing practice of Self Compassion.
Research has shown that self-compassion greatly enhances emotional wellbeing. It boosts happiness, reduces anxiety, depression, and stress and can even help maintain healthy lifestyle habits such as diet and exercise.
