Winter represents absolute yin, a period of rest, passivity, and receptivity. It is a time to slow down, conserve potential, and allow for rest and repair. Instead of waiting for it to be over, try to embrace this slow-moving time. In this workshop we will move through a two hour yin yoga practice focused on nourishing the kidney and bladder meridians.
