Join Robin Bandemir for this special two part yin practice focused on hip and spine health. Yin yoga is a therapeutic practice consisting of longer holds of special poses meant to release the connective tissue (fascia) throughout the body. These longer pauses make use of breath and mindfulness techniques to assist the mind with supporting this physical release.
This class will take place in studio and be live streamed.
You will need 2 blocks and a blanket, optionally a strap.
