Lynn will be sharing the benefits of hypnosis in response to easing stress and supporting the mind-body connection.  She'll guide us through a short hypnosis session and give us tools to take home to do our own self-hypnosis process to aid the body in its best health and strengthen the mind-body connection.  

Uncertainty in the future and unanswered questions in our world don’t have to equal fear and anxiety, which can lead to poor physical health, opening ourselves up to the very thing we might fear the most.  Our bodies and their intricate systems are so intimately connected to the mind and the spirit. Every choice we make is so much bigger than just the one moment in which we are choosing.  The things we put in our bodies and on them, the things we choose to do with our bodies - it has such an effect on what our body gives back to us.  Shine will be hosting several guests to share ideas and information about how to boost your immune system through natural wellness - for the body and the mind - centered around the concepts of reduced stress, improved sleep, proper nutrition, healthy movement and exercise, living in community and with support.
