These days, most of us are no strangers to physical tension, aches and pains. Overuse, underuse, posture, stress and injuries all contribute to knots and adhesions in our muscles and fascia (connective tissue). In this workshop, we will explore myofascial
release techniques and ways to use therapy balls to release trigger
points (knots) in the muscles. We will focus on areas of the body
that tend to take the brunt of daily life (i.e. shoulders, back,
glutes), as well as places we tend to forget about (i.e. feet,
abdomen, calves). Walk away with tools to reverse the effects
of aging, undo the effects of desk work, and relax the mind from
