Yoga Nidra is an immensely powerful meditation technique that is extremely effective in reducing stress and improving the quality of your sleep. Just one session is equivalent to 4-6 hours of sleep.
Experience a restorative practice building up to the nidra as you are guided through breathing techniques to target anxiety and even depression.
