Amanda Parks and I will guide you with your goals. Together we’ll provide the tools to help you reach them. You will have your own customized plan.
This 10-week online program meets every Monday from 7:00-8:00pm. There will be weekly topics followed by discussion about your goals, progress, hinderance, as well as making and breaking habits.
We will meet 3x the first week, 2x the second week, and one time every week thereafter.
There will be a private Facebook group for continued support and accountability. The group will be small, focused and provide a sense of community.
Additionally, Amanda will provide an at-home body weight workout and a dumbbell workout. Fletcher is including access to both her online meditations & yoga class memberships.
There will also be one-on-one guidance and support as needed.
