Restorative yoga is about reducing the amount of stimulation and noise that your body receives so you can feel more grounded, present and connected to everything around you. Ultimately, it is a practice that can help us live a more joyful and fulfilling life. Restorative yoga can help us discover the joy of sitting with ourselves in stillness and in silence, watching the motion in our minds. When we do this, we give our body and mind permission to release and let go. Please join me in this nourishing and holistic healing practice.
