Our fun and easy Yoga classes are for teens of any skill level! Whether she's a seasoned yogi or brand new to yoga, she'll love exploring how she can improve her flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina. In order to join in you will need a computer or tablet that has an internet connection and a webcam. A parent/guardian is required to download the Zoom app and create an account on your computer/tablet. There is no cost to join our Zoom meetings. For security purposes, we have taken precautions to keep our girls safe. Attendees will be placed in a waiting room before given access in, and we will lock the room once everyone arrives to maintain a safe environment.
We recommend preparing at least 15 minutes before your first virtual call begins. If you have any trouble connecting, please reach out to us before our session begins.
