Welcome, Summer! 

 

The Summer Solstice is a time of new beginnings, and a time to shine vibrantly and bask in the warming light of the Summer Sun. Summer Solstice is a changing of seasons where we find ourselves anchored firmly in our foundation; obstacles removed; and the real possibility of expression and growth within our reach. Yogis all over the world traditionally celebrate the Summer Solstice as “International Day of Yoga” - a perfect time to join in with thousands of Yogis all over the world in practice!

 

This year, you are invited to join us for a FREE Summer Solstice Celebration that anyone anywhere in the world can join in on! While Megan + Jen are leading a Yoga Retreat in Costa Rica, they will be livestreaming their Summer Solstice Celebration class of 108 Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), intermittent with meditation and breathwork!

 

This special event will stream in realtime via Zoom at 8am EST Wednesday, June 21, and pre-registration is required to be gain access to the Zoom link. If you're unable to join us in realtime, no worries! If you register to attend, we'll send everyone a playback video to flow with us at a time of your choosing!
