Slow your Sunday down with a long Yin practice.
Winter marks the ultimate yin time of year. The colder temperatures and darker days help lend to the slow, inward movement of water. Our bodies may feel physically stagnant and we can gravitate towards hibernation, however our yin yoga practice can help balance this season. This practice will focus on the kidney and bladder meridians to help bring our bodies in harmony both physically and energetically.
