We will also be having INTRO performances! Are you somewhat new to pole and not sure what to perform with for a whole song? Come to the practice sessions or any open gym session and we will take 5 things you have learned recently and help you put them together for a short routine.  

Performance Practices: Saturdays Sept 25, Oct 2, Oct 9, Oct 16th.  2p-3:30p.

Open Gyms: Mondays 3:30p, Wednesdays and Thursdays 4:40p, Fridays 11:50a, Saturdays 2p, Sundays 11:50a

Our Halloween Party will include Pole Olympics, which is filled with pole/floorwork games open to polers of all levels! (Yes, even newbies!)  Some games include Legwork Marathon, Follow the leader, and Climbs to the top.  Time to let loose and have fun with Pole Olympics!
