Thriving in the Chaos: a 90-minute virtual workshop focusing on stress management and using our breath for our benefit. The 90-minutes will include a brief introduction, a few stress management tools and then a 45-minute, guided, meditative breath work session. We will focus on using our breath to cope with these feelings and enhance our immune system, cardiovascular health and respiratory health.
