In this 2.5-hour workshop, you'll come away with skills and strategies that you can use right away. Learn how to stay as safe as possible in our community. You won't become an expert.
You will come away more empowered to take control of your situation and your safety in any possibly confrontations. Verbal, mental and physical strategies will be taught. Ages 16 and up (14/15 with an adult present).
1. Wear comfortable WORKOUT WEAR (no shorts)
2. Wear a CLEAN pair of ATHLETIC SHOES
3. Bring a FILLED WATER BOTTLE
4. MASKS optional
5. Bring a YOGA MAT
