Our Inner Beauty Spa Camp is designed to inspire self-love and relaxation, and enhance a girls' mind, body & soul! Breakthrough the stress, overwhelm, boredom, and technology fatigue with self-care rituals designed just for girls. She'll build a strong connection with herself and others while enjoying spa activities, yoga, self-care, and meditation. She'll also gain insight on how to have a healthy relationship with food and movement. Our youth life coach leads girl talk on handling anxiety, self-esteem, and friendships. Plus, girls will learn their worth and inner beauty - an unforgettable summer experience!
