Becca, co-founder of Our Yoga Family, started using COS-P as a tool to reflect on her personal relationships and in her work with children in 2017.  COS-P has been instrumental in her comfort and confidence in relationships of all kinds. Her passion for COS-P inspired her to become a registered facilitator in the summer of 2018. This is an 8 session course where we watch short videos to learn about secure attachement and see rela-life examples. Over the hour and 45min together we'll have lots of time for discussion, reflection and some roll playing as well!

This is a video-series we watch as a group and discuss topics as they come up in the videos. Be prepared to stay the full time. After completing 8 group sessions, participants will recieve a certificate of completion as well as the Circle of Secuirty parenting book!
