If you’ve always been curious to explore the chakras , consider this program the beginning of your journey.

“Chakra,” means “wheel,” or “center,” and it refers to the energetic centers along our vertical axis that maps our intuitive path. While the word “chakra” is familiar to many, sometimes it gets confusing as to what they mean and what understanding them better can do for us. With spiritual guidance, you can tap into the chakras as a potent way of harnessing and shifting your energy in the direction you want it to go.

This 8-class program weaves lecture, Vinyasa, breathwork, and meditation, into a practice that fully integrates the 7-Chakra system—mind, body, and soul. Class length is 1 hour and includes a chakra specific vinyasa, calming meditation and a handout for each chakra. An 8th class connects them all together.

This class is about building community and fostering resilience, confidence, strength of soul and an opportunity for self care.

Each week features a different chakra- so please attend a morning, or an evening session.

The cost of this program is FREE for current members. It's $90.00 for the entire session for non members.
