Yoga Nidra, the state of dynamic sleep, is achieved through a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. We'll start with some gentle, non-weight bearing movements before settling in to savasana for a guided meditation. Nidra has a multitude of therapeutic applications and can help restore depleted energy.
