In yoga poses, we strengthen the muscles in our body. In meditation, we strengthen the mindfulness muscle in our minds.
Are you interested in learning about meditation and mindfulness? Or, are you already practicing meditation and wish to connect with a community and deepen your practice? Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, the mindfulness meditation event will offer ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily life and to reduce stress. Instruction and guidance will be provided in several short practices where we will explore mindfulness in stillness and movement. No previous experience in mindfulness, meditation, or yoga is required.
