This 75 minute mini retreat is a combination of Restorative Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage.  This can be a wonderful time of year to slow down and do something nice for YOU!

Daphna will be providing a Restorative class with Thai Yoga Massage: A unique healing system whereby the practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures, it is yoga being done “to you.” While you are in postures, the practitioner palms and thumbs along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points; with effects much like acupuncture.
