We are very excited to host Gay Grice, nutritionist and health coach, in this series full of education and information to help guide us in making healthy food choices. The series is not about a specific “diet”, it's about making gradual lifestyle changes and learning what foods can help us feel better everyday. The series has four sessions. . You may join us for the entire series from January through March or if an individual session appeals to you join us for one or two. Everyone tends to start in January with their good eating habits after the holidays, but do they stick with it? This series is not about a quick fix diet; Gay will be helping us to sift through all the misinformation out there and guide us to make long term choices for a healthy body!

February 9th: CLEAN OUT THE PANTRY
We will cover things like healthy oils, processed foods and sweeteners. Gay will give you a step by step approach to transforming your pantry into a healthy pantry. You'll leave with a written guide for transforming your pantry.
March 2nd: TAKING IT TO THE KITCHEN
We will round out our Eating for Health series with some tried and true recipes cooked right up in the Centeralign kitchen!
