Boot Camp Challenge® - Personal

Date and Time: One 45-minute session per week for six weeks based on client/trainer schedule

During the one-on-one Boot Camp Challenge® Personal
Training, the client will receive:
Assessments. Assessments will be done on the first and last day of the six week session to create a benchmark to measure success and to provide the trainer with the strengths and weaknesses of the body.
Workouts that are safe, fun, and effective. Each workout includes a warm up and exercises specific to the injured/weak area/s. The workout will conclude with stretching and flexibility training.
Education. We ensure all clients leave our program armed with knowledge and wisdom so they can continue on their wellness journey long after your experience with their Boot Camp Challenge® trainer.
Trainer Support. The trainers are available outside of session times to answer questions and help support each client.
