This Learn to Run a Marathon program is an 12 weeks program designed to take you from running 10Km to completing a full Marathon distance. This program is focused on pace, time, etc., but can also be used just completing the Marathon distance.
The program is designed as 4 running days per week with 2 days of cross training.
