This Learn to Run a Half Marathon program is an 12 weeks program designed to take you from running 5Km to completing a half Marathon distance.  This program is focused on pace, time, etc., but can also be used just completing the half Marathon distance.


The program is designed as 4 running days per week with 2 days of cross training.
