What is kundalini? It is the energy we all have inside of us that rises up to expanded consciousness. In this 7 week series we will explore the chakras (wheels of energy) from root to crown.

Kundalini incorporates movement, mantra, meditation and breath to ignite our energy and balance mind and body.

Sessions are Sundays from 3:30-4:45pm
