Is your neck chronically cranky? You are not alone. Despite our best intentions, many of us spend hours per day texting or chatting on the phone, hunching over the computer or slouching in front of the TV and this is enough to irritate the most mild-mannered neck. Join Allison as she guides you through self-massage techniques, gentle stretching AND strengthening exercises for your head, neck and shoulders. This workshop will be an experiment in getting to know your neck and discovering new ways to soothe tension and crankiness in this often disrespected area. This class is open to all who need to show their neck some love - no yoga experience needed. If you have an acute injury you must be cleared by a physician to participate.
