This certification will leave you with:

An in-depth understanding of yoga, yoga postures, anatomy and proper alignment. Not only will you be able to grasp this for yourself, but you will be fully capable of applying this knowledge in correcting and adjusting the postures of your students.

The capability of putting the postures together in a proper sequence for the group of students you are teaching.

A knowledge of the various traditions of yoga, and which is best for you and the needs of your students.

A recognition that yoga is not what you think it is; it's that and much, much more.

A well rounded personal practice, on and off the mat, that includes meditation, pranayama, use of the yamas and niyamas, and whatever else you uncover in this journey that will serve you best.
