SLOW FLOW YOGA + MEDITATION + SOUND HEALING
Join Sue for this immersive yoga experience featuring a guided yogic journey through breath, yoga postures, stillness and sound healing. We begin the journey with centering breathwork, progressing through intentional movement in a slow yoga flow.  Your nervous system will smooth out as you release the stress and constriction of body and mind. Guided meditation in a comfortable seat or restorative posture will support further mind body integration and connection to your inner landscape. Candlelight and aromatherapy complete the full sensory experience. Our session ends with a 25 minute alchemy crystal bowl sound bath to lead you into a state of deep rest, renewal and balance.

ABOUT SOUND HEALING
Sue works exclusively with exquisite alchemy crystal bowls. She has studied the nuances of sound healing extensively with crystal sound bowl master and world class musician, Ashana. Sue works with Ashana to curate specially assembled bowl combinations with specific healing vibrations and musical properties making these sound baths like no other.

The optimal brainwave frequency for relaxation and de-stressing is between alpha (relaxed state) and theta (deep meditation and light sleep state), where we are conscious of our surroundings but we feel deeply relaxed and in control of our thoughts and feelings. The alchemy singing bowls help transition you from beta (awake and alert) to theta (deep meditation and light sleep).

When the alchemy singing bowl is played, its materials (quartz crystal plus gemstones and precious metals) are doing their own work to enhance the sounds we hear. The harmonic and pure tones made by alchemy singing bowls are not just heard by the ear, but by the whole body – with certain tones affecting your energy centers for meditation, balancing and healing.

Because our bodies – right down to our DNA, are also crystalline in structure, there can be powerful effects on the circulatory, metabolic and endocrine systems, as well as the organs, tissues and cells when experiencing alchemy singing bowls.
