In this Workshop you will learn how to leverage science based protocols to create a morning routine that works for you! By utilizing these proven practices you will maximize your productivity, improve your physical and mental health, balance your circadian rhythms, and boost your metabolism, energy, mood and creativity.

- Why create an Inspiring Morning Routine? You will learn the science behind each protocol and why each one is so important.
- Reflect on your current morning routine. What’s working and what isn’t.
- Hack: Your morning routine starts the night before! What do your evenings look like now? How can you tweak what you do in the evening to ensure you can honor your mornings.
- Curate your own magical yet realistic morning routine. You will put pen to paper and refine as you go.
- We will take a look ahead. How to track your progress and evolve your morning routine as your life evolves.
