What to Expect

By now you’ve heard that Yoga is great for you- body, mind, and soul, but do you feel confident enough to come to flow classes? Are you ready to start (or re-start) your Yoga practice with a strong foundation? We want you to feel safe and supported, and we want you to have fun! That’s why we’ve created a special, 6-week series just for you- Yoga Foundations.

What You’ll Learn -

Foundational postures, with breakdowns and variations to suit your personal practice
How to get the most from breathwork
How to use props like blocks, blankets, straps, and bolsters
What to expect in a flow class

What You’ll Get -

Six 1-hour introductory Yoga classes in a small group setting
Unlimited classes at the studio during the series
Videos to practice at home 
Class recommendations based on YOUR needs
2 guest passes to use for our classes (guess passes cannot be used for series classes but can be used for all other classes)
The confidence to dive into flow classes! 

Series Dates - All Classes will be held on Wednesday from 7-8 pm

July 12th, 19th, & 26th
August 2nd, 9th, 16th

In Studio Beginners Series Curriculum -

Week 1: Introductions, philosophy and pranayama
Week 2: Sun salutations and variations
Week 3: Warrior poses and transitions
Week 4: Standing and balancing poses
Week 5: Twists, binds, and folds
Week 6: Dropping into the flow

Registration Information -

The 6-week series is $175 and there are no refunds, credits, or transfers/make-up classes for individual classes in the series. If you need to cancel your registration for the entire series, you must provide 24-hours notice before the 1st class in the series. No refunds will be issued after the series begins. Note: A full refund will be given if the minimum registration is not met by the start of the series.
