Please join TCM & Registered Acupuncturist Susan Huang and Yin Facilitator Natasha Ming for the ultimate self care experience. Natasha will guide you through the first portion of the workshop with Yin poses targeting the kidney meridian. This allow the flow of prana to begin, while a subsequent Acupuncture treatment will harmonise and enhance the effect.Susan will provide an Acupuncture experience that will include a gentle Acupressure massage alongside with a warming eye treatment at the end leaving you with a feeling of bliss!

A match made in heaven, Yin Yoga + Acupuncture, when paired together, work deeply into the internal balance of the body, will positively impact the emotion, lifestyle and environment on the being.

Note:  $50 is claimable towards insurance for Acupuncture portion of the event. If you require a formal receipt for insurance claim, please ask at the studio prior to class so we can prepare and email it to you.

Attire: Please wear comfortable loose top with sports bra underneath, leggings for ladies. Workout shorts and t-shirt for men. 

Accessories: Please bring your own Yoga Mat and Mat towel.
