This is a one day course that will give you the tools to assist with self-assurance, helping you or your students to access improved posture and alignment in a safe and inclusive way.  

This course will deepen your knowledge and your confidence in teaching.

1. Hands on assists have the power to enhance your teaching and transform the student experience. 
2. You will learn the foundations and principles of safe assisting and of timing and working the room efficiently.
3. You will learn when and when not to assist, the sensitivity of touch, the importance of building relationships and asking for consent and how to approach with subtlety and assurance.
4. You will understand the anatomical and energetic aim of each assist.
5. You will confidently position your own body for best posture, least intrusion and injury when assisting.

Assisting with skill, knowledge, connection and sensitivity has the potential to transmit profound energy and healing.
