Our IN-PERSON membership is intended for athletes who want to participate in group strength training at Reidt Fitness Systems; 2925 Airway Ave. Suite A. Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

Athletes who purchase this membership will have access to up-to 4 in-person group training sessions per week at Reidt Fitness Systems as well as access to The Diamond Club baseball facility. We do not currently offer private or semi-private training sessions.
