In our yang-addicted and more-is-more world, the practice of yin yoga is a necessary salvation.
This yin yoga teacher training will provide you with a solid foundation of the theory and methodology of both practising and teaching yin yoga.
You will learn how yin yoga works along the body’s meridian channels and how yin yoga affects fascia and connective tissue at a bio-mechanical level. You will also explore, experientially, how yin yoga works on deep levels to still the mind and balance the emotions and the nervous system.
Paul will guide you through 20 key yin yoga poses, the sequencing and variations needed to suit your students’ needs.
You will have the opportunity for practical teaching experience to develop your competence and confidence in sharing yin yoga with others.
