Welcome to a special 2.5 hour journey where you will be lovingly guided by our resident practitioner Holly and teacher Wendy. 

 

You will be led through a Meditation & candle lit Yin practice, Sound Healing, a Manifestion workshop, a Journaling session and the crême de la crême is the Reiki Healing you will receive.

 

We will use the 3/6/9 method for goal setting & manifestating. You will be encouraged to ask questions.  Holly will offer intuitive insights using Angel & Tarot cards.

 

We will create a beautiful Mandala in our group circle with crystal offerings.

 

While Wendy leads Yin and Meditation, Holly will offer Reiki on each student to bring peace, hope and the manifestation into life.

 

Holly is a Massage therapist and Reiki practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the health and healing field.

Book Holly on Monday, Tuesday and Friday at AYA Wellness Room.

 

Wendy is a Yoga teacher trainer, teacher, Meditation and Mindfulness certified, Pilates teacher and Reiki master with over 1000 hours of training and has been teaching since 2011. 

Come to Wendy's class on Monday evening 6pm & 7:15pm and Tuesday morning 9:30am at AYA Studio.
