A 3-part introduction to conscious breathing to transform your
physical, mental and emotional
wellbeing.
The breath is the bridge to reconnect our mind, body and soul. When
we change the way we
breathe, we change the way we feel. Conscious breathing is our
built-in medicine to move us
through stress, anchoring us back into our own resourcefulness,
clarity, health and aliveness.
Charmaine will guide you to harness the power of breathwork for
positive and immediate
change in your life.
During these 3 sessions, you will be guided through breath
practices designed to help you melt
away daily tension and stress, restoring you to a deeply relaxed
and calm state of being. You
will leave each session feeling deeply rejuvenated, clear, and
grounded in peace.

these easy-to-use tools to thrive in your day-to-day life with more
ease and resilience. Whether

Note: the breath practices we will use in this series are gentle
and easy to learn, and can be
done by everyone. These are not the higher-intensity breathwork
practices you may have
experienced like Wim Hoff, Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) or
Holotropic breathwork.
