Join The Spiral yoga studio as we partner with The River Willow for an Intention Workshop.   The workshop will consist of a 45 minute Yin Yang Yoga Class. “The practice of yin/yang yoga helps us learn about stillness in movement and the flow in stillness.” -Sarah Powers  

Finding balance and harmony between the forces of a yin and yang practice will help bring forth an intention that authentically belongs to you and is organically created on your mat. 

Brittany and her mom, Denise, opened The River Willow Shop together and will be educating us on the meanings and importance behind various crystals and herbs and how they can help aid and support us along our journey. Then we will be offered the space and time to select through various crystals and herbs that support and represent our intention and seal them into a jar with love. 

In Yoga our Intention is like a compass, helping bring us back to the space on our mat and into the present moment.  Place the intention jar somewhere special to you, to be used as a compass for the season of life you are in.
