This program is designed for athletes who will be transitioning into a high school gymnastics program, or who have been competing in high school and would like to stay active and build skills in the off-season.  In addition to gymnastics skills and tumbling, this program will emphasize mobility and conditioning to reduce the risk of injury and to build strength for future competition.  This program is open to students from any high school or district and is led by experienced instructors.
