Yoga & Wellness Summer Camp for Kids: A Journey of Fun, Mindfulness, and Growth

Join us this summer for a one-of-a-kind adventure at our Yoga & Wellness Summer Camp for Kids!

We accept kids ages 6 - 11 years old (born 2019+) 

Yogashala is offering a 4 weeks of summer day camp. We have a beautiful location on 2 acres of property just a short drive from Waterdown, Burlington, Carlisle and surrounding areas with lots of room to run and play, we are offering something unique and special for the children of our community.

The camp will be a well-rounded experience for your child with daily arts and crafts, camp games, scavenger hunts, gardening, and a variety of age-appropriate yoga + meditation practices.

Your child will have an opportunity to experience a variety of yoga in an age-appropriate way: hatha; rope wall yoga; SUP yoga using the indoor stability boards; a special SPA yoga class; sun salutations; yin yoga using blocks and bolsters, a walking meditation; and Chair Yoga. 

Each week will end with an afternoon family yoga class where the kids can bring parents, grandparents, caretakers or another family member. 

This experience will be fun, enriching, and educational therefore limited spots are available for this camp

July 21 - 25 | 9am - 4pm 

August 5 - 8 | 9am - 4pm (short week) 

August 11 - 15 | 9am - 4pm 

Cost is 350.00 per child and $285 on the August short week

The Camp is created + lead by Sandra Andreychuk, our in-house youth yoga teacher and her sister Karen Maxwell who is an Early Childhood Educator.
