5 one-to-one sessions.  Private sessions are perfect for beginners, clients with injuries or special conditions, or those who prefer the privacy of a one on one session. Each lesson is tailored to your individual needs and goals with time spent on all the pilates equipment and mat. There is no prerequisite for private sessions.
