A movement based class focused on accurate body positioning for safety in each pose. You will experience holding poses & flowing from pose to pose.
Level 1 - Beginner to Intermediate
Level 2 - Intermediate to Advanced
Please arrive 10 mins before class, sign in prior to class, dress comfortably. Yoga mat, blocks, straps & all props provided. Please advise teacher of any physical/emotional limitations before start of class. Reminder, please work within your specific limitations, poses can always be modified.
