January 10: Mental Yoga: Eating as Meditation
January 17: Meditations for Rest and Sleep
January 24: Moving Meditation for Mind and Body
January 31: Living Meditation in Daily Life
About the Class
Class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk (topic
listed above), and ends with another guided meditation. Everyone is
welcome. No previous meditation experience is necessary. Free for
YMCA members; $5 for non-members.
