This is NOT an advanced workout...

This Session focuses on each obstacle available at CUT Fitness. You will learn how to approach each obstacle with the most effective strategy to help you keep it safe and efficient. Master each obstacle before your first race. OR, work on the obstacles you missed in your last race.

Running the Spartan Race is not a requirement for you to participate in this training program, but anyone who has can tell you that the race is truly life-changing.

Be prepared to face some of the hardest physical demands you have ever experienced.
