Goal Setting and Mindset Workshop

This will be the first of many of these workshops. We are planning on doing these on a regular basis every 2 to 3 months so you are able to track your progress and see how far you have come. This will be the only workshop that will be included in your membership so make sure to make the most of it.

Our Goal Setting will be based around the Infinite Performance Principles of CORE. Pilates is all about working your core to be more efficient in your daily life. Whether that be at work or to get better at a sport, or run faster on that 5k. We want you to understand the CORE principles we have designed to help you get the best results.

However, its not just about setting goals. We also need to make sure we are working on that inner voice and make sure it is telling us how amazing we are!

Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.

Mindfulness also involves acceptance, meaning that we pay attention to our thoughts and feelings without judging them—without believing, for instance, that there’s a “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in a given moment. When we practice mindfulness, our thoughts tune into what we’re sensing in the present moment rather than rehashing the past or imagining the future.
